FAQs

Orders

All ceramic works are made and glazed by hand. Because of this, the item you receive may not be the exact item pictured. Dimensions are approximations. Each piece is unique, and irregularities in form, glaze color, and finish are to be expected. This is part of the charm of an item made by hand.

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 4-6 business days. Shipping costs are determined based on quantity of pieces and overall weight of the order. If you are in the Minneapolis metro area and would prefer to pickup your order, use coupon code LOCAL to bypass shipping costs.

International shipping is limited at this time. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Tinyloud Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs. If shipping to your area is unavailable, please reach out to hello@tinyloud.co to see if something can be arranged.

Returns

All ceramic works are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. However, if a product arrives broken or damaged, please reach out to hello@tinyloud.co.

Ceramic care

Unless otherwise noted, all ceramic pieces are food safe and lead free. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid the microwave to ensure a long life.

Earrings

Earring backs are hypo-allergenic stainless steel and attached with E6000 glue. Remove earrings before showering or swimming. Wipe lightly with a cloth to clean.

Custom orders

Custom orders are considered on a case by case basis dependent on project-fit and availability. If you are interested in placing a commission, you can submit a request to hello@tinyloud.co with the nature of the project, number of pieces, ideal timeline, and estimated budget.

Wholesale

Wholesale pricing for ceramic work is not currently available, though wholesale collaborations may be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact hello@tinyloud.co if interested.

Packaging

All packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. Any bubble wrap or plastic you receive in your order is getting a second life. Please reuse and recycle!
